PVB093 brass rolled bearing is made of specially formulated high-density brass alloy with round oil pockets and grooves. This type of rolled bronze bearing also called , brake shoe bronze bearing,bronze wrapped plain bearings.

PVB Bronze wrapped bushing use high density bronze strips to roll the spherical oil pockets as material structure.We can make rolled bronze bearing with dimond oil pockets, round oil pockets and smooth suface based on customers requirements.

Mounting Suggestion

• Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°

• Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6

• Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded

• The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.

• Stick-in: Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
